Despite all the bad reviews I still wanted to buy it so i did. The screen works just fine. The instruction say can only take up to 4 GB micro SD but this one is able to work even with my SanDisk 16 GB micro SD. It seems pretty sturdy. I will update later on.

Mine still works, I carry my mp3 player in my purse and the screen doesn't get scratched. Battery life, with continuous use is a about 4-5 hours.

November 27 2012 Update
Still works like new. I have dropped it several times already and nothing broke. Every once in a while it will freeze but press the reset and start using again and it will be fine. It finally got scratch but its so light that its barely noticeable. Very durable, longest time i had a touchscreen mp3 player last without stop working or braking or cracking a screen. Worth every penny.
